Armenia’s Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan’s Visit to the 29th International Exhibition "Riga Food 2024"

During his official visit to Latvia, Armenia’s Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, along with Armenia’s Ambassador to Lithuania, Ara Margarian, and Deputy Minister Narek Hovakimyan, participated in the 29th international exhibition "Riga Food 2024." The event, organized by the international exhibition company "BT1," took place in Riga, Latvia, and focused on food, beverages, food processing technologies, packaging, innovations, equipment, and services.

The Republic of Armenia was represented at the exhibition with a unified Armenian pavilion, showcasing the products of 27 Armenian companies, including alcoholic beverages, drinks, chocolates, tea, and ready-to-eat foods.

The minister toured the various exhibition pavilions, familiarized himself with the displayed products, and engaged in discussions with participants.

This year's exhibition featured national pavilions from 12 countries and welcomed companies and representatives from trade networks across Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Georgia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Uzbekistan, Estonia, Germany, Sweden, France, and other nations.
